These Terms of Service set out the rules that apply when you use Rocketplay Casino. We've written them to be readable — not to bury important details in legal jargon. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone. Rocketplay Casino will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.
All personal information you provide must be accurate and up to date. If your details change — such as your address or payment method — update them in your account settings promptly. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
We reserve the right to close any account at our discretion, with or without advance notice, if we have reason to believe that these terms have been violated. Where funds are legitimately owed, they will be returned after any required investigation.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any time we deem necessary — we will ask you to verify your identity. This is a legal requirement under our gaming licence and anti-money laundering obligations, not something we do arbitrarily.
Standard verification requires a government-issued photo ID (passport, national identity card, or driver's licence) and a proof of address dated within the last three months (a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter). Documents must be clear, unaltered originals. Edited or doctored documents will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities. We process verification requests within 24 hours in most cases.

Deposits
You may fund your account using any payment method listed in the Cashier section. The minimum deposit is AU$10. Deposits are credited to your account immediately in most cases — cryptocurrency deposits may take additional time depending on blockchain confirmation speed.
All funds you deposit must be your own. Using funds from illegal sources, third-party accounts, or credit taken out specifically for gambling is prohibited. We monitor deposits for signs of money laundering and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
Rocketplay Casino does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own fees — this is beyond our control and is between you and your bank or wallet provider.
We reserve the right to decline or reverse a deposit if we have reason to believe it violates these terms or our licensing conditions.
Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal at any time provided your account is verified, you have no active bonus with unmet wagering requirements attached to your balance, and your withdrawal request meets the minimum amount of AU$30.
The maximum withdrawal per transaction is AU$7,500 for standard payment methods and AU$30,000 for cryptocurrency. These limits are per transaction, not per day — you may submit multiple withdrawal requests.
Withdrawal processing time depends on the method: e-wallets and cryptocurrency are typically processed within 1–24 hours; bank transfers and card refunds take 3–5 business days. All times are from when the casino processes the request — additional processing time by your bank is outside our control.
We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. We will never unreasonably delay a legitimate withdrawal. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than the stated timeframe, contact support immediately.
Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as set out in the specific bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance.
Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses are offered at the discretion of Rocketplay Casino and are subject to individual terms and conditions. The general rules in this section apply to all promotions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise — in which case the specific terms take precedence.
Each bonus offer is intended for one person, one household, one IP address, one device, and one payment method. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times through any means — including creating new accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in winnings being voided and accounts closed.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, all games contribute to wagering requirements, but contribution rates vary: slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live casino games contribute at a lower rate. Check individual bonus terms for specifics.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has begun participating, any wagering completed will still count toward meeting existing requirements.
Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and free spins that expire before use are forfeited. The expiry period is specified in each offer's terms.
Fair Play and Game Rules

Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities: providing false personal information; opening accounts on behalf of another person; money laundering or using the platform to conceal funds from illegal activity; fraud of any kind including chargeback fraud; using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or exploit bonuses; colluding with other players; and threatening or abusing our staff.
Chargeback fraud — disputing a legitimate transaction with your bank after knowingly placing bets — is treated as theft. We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and will contest fraudulent chargebacks. Players who initiate unjustified chargebacks will be permanently banned and may face legal action.
We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor player behaviour in real time. Unusual patterns — such as withdrawing immediately after claiming a bonus without genuine play, or placing large opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will be investigated. If abuse is confirmed, winnings will be voided.
Responsible Gambling

Self-exclusion means we will close your account and refuse to reopen it for the duration of the exclusion period.
